A West End nightclub has been fined for accidentally serving caustic soda with tequila shots rather than salt, Westminster City Council has said.

Liquid nerve agents drained from those warheads are mixed with water and caustic soda and then heated and stirred.

"She mixes it in so that the strong smell of caustic soda does not remain," Jussara says.

It is used by the chlor-alkali industry, which produces bleach, caustic soda and other products.

The substance is found in products such brake linings and gaskets, and is used to manufacture chlorine bleach and sodium hydroxide, also known as caustic soda.
