Plaintiff Kimberly Dillon filed a lawsuit on Monday against the reality star's Vanderpump Dog Foundation and Vanderpump Dogs for negligence, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warrant, intentional misrepresentation, fraud and negligent misrepresentation.

The litigation levies an array of allegations against the companies, including public nuisance, breach of express warranty, defective product liability, negligence and failure to warn of the harms caused by single-use plastic packaging.

“Manufacturers often will go above and beyond the express warranty in satisfying you,” Giorgianni said, “whether it’s covering something that’s not covered or extending the coverage beyond the warranty period, because they don’t want to lose customers.”

The suits accuse the company that claims to be “100% ethically sourced” of fraud, negligent misrepresentation, breach of express warranty, breach of implied warranty of merchantability and unjust enrichment.
