"I took some photos of the house and I was so nervous, I was shaking, but I showed the leader of a baby group I went to, who got in touch with a health visitor who referred me to the charity Dora Brown," the 37-year-old says.

She then made a middle-of-the-night call to her health visitor who, fortunately, picked up and agreed to come round.

She said her health visitor and a therapist wrote to the council supporting her need for extra help.

"I had a number to ring if there was an emergency, which didn’t work. We had no health visitor and no midwives. Our first visitor was a friend who walked four hours across London to sit in our garden."

The last home visit by a health visitor was on 15 February 2020, five-and-a-half months before her murder.
