Army leaders have begun an extensive reorganization of its recruiting force, creating a professional job classification and doing reviews to weed out recruiters who aren’t doing well and would be better off in another job.

Bachiller said she is expected to be on call “24/7” and hasn’t been paid above the minimum for her job classification since she launched her entertainment career in 2014.

At least 668 of those new or soon-to-be new members fall under the job classification of production worker, which includes production coordinators, assistants, supervisors and managers.
