The second-most popular specialty wedding date on record with the county’s marriage bureau is Nov. 11, 2011, when 3,125 couples tied the knot.

On May 11, the couple was married at the Manhattan Marriage Bureau for a City Hall wedding officiated by Madeline Plasencia, a city clerk.

The building houses various government offices, including the city’s marriage bureau.

They were concerned that the crowds could make them late to an important appointment at the city’s marriage bureau, which is in the same building where the grand jury has been meeting.

The Marriage Bureau is from the first series of the iconic 1950s radio show and is the only one to feature actor and comedian Peter Sellers.
