When Meghan says, “My friend Mindy is going to come by,” we know she’s not talking about any old rando.

She once saved a mission by disabling an Indonesian passenger train using only “some rando stuff I found in the snack bar.”

“I think we have to come to the conclusion that our pets will eat us,” says Carolyn Rando, a forensic anthropologist at University College London.

“Everyone wants to think it’d be a while,” Rando says.
