The owners of a container ship have filed a legal claim against the owners of a tanker that it struck in a crash in the North Sea.

An oil tanker and cargo ship that crashed in the North Sea did not have "dedicated lookouts" in what were "patchy conditions", an interim report has found.

Six fire engines and a water tanker were involved in tackling the blaze.
