England's Charley Hull will go into the final round of the Ford Championship in Arizona in second place, two shots behind American leader Lilia Vu.

Hull matched Vu's four-under-par 68 in a third round played in difficult, windy conditions on the Whirlwind Golf Club's Cattail Course.

Hot sugar can easily reach temperatures of up to 400 degrees, so safety is paramount, Vu stressed.

“Whenever I teach my students here at ICE and we do sugar cooking, we roll our sleeves down,” Vu said.

However, Vu said a sauté pan is actually a better option: “A sauté pan is not going to have very high walls on it, and that way you can kind of dip your tanghulu sideways. Whereas, if you have something with five or six inch walls all the way around it, it's going to be harder to dip your fruit into it.”
